Making an order with Naturally Made Soaps
When you place an order with us you are making an offer to buy my goods. You will receive an automatic email to confirm that I have received your order. Once I have checked the payment and availability of the goods ordered I will start to process the order, you will receive an email stating that this has happened.
If any of my goods are out of stock on no longer available I will contact you immediately to offer an alternative or arrange a refund.
When you make an order on line you will be taken through the procedure step by step, it is very simple. There are a few things to remember. Please make sure that you check the note under the delivery address to say if the address is a residential address or not. This is easy to forget and it will result in your order being rejected if you do forget.
If you do not have a Paypal account it does not matter, click on payment method Paypal as you can use this route to safely pay with any standard credit/debit card as well.
There is a button for payment by check in the post, if you use this option you must be aware that your goods will not be sent until the cheque is received and has cleared.
If you think your goods are lost or damaged in transit please let me know promptly.
Refunds and Returns
All my products are freshly handmade in small batches, I cannot refund or accept returns that have been opened or used. As my products are made in small quantities please be aware that you may notice variations in colour, texture, scent or wrapping between orders, if you have any queries please contact me

If your soap does not reach you in perfect condition I will replace it or refund your purchase price including your postage charge, please contact me within 7 days to arrange this. When returning products I would ask that you take care in packing them, where products are found to have been defective or damaged before delivery I will refund your costs in returning them to me. Please note this only applies to products bought directly from this site not from any of my stockists
I do not refund samples.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order with me for any reason for up to 7 working days from the day you receive your order. To do this please email me or ring me. You do not have to give any reason for the cancellation. If you do cancel, you must return the goods to me at your own expense. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against any damage.
If you fail to return the goods I can charge for them to be collected. I you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us or if they are used and this results in damage or deterioration I will charge you for the reduction in value.
This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights - for example if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
Site Content and Images
All content and images on Naturally Made Soaps sites are owned by Naturally Made Soaps and protected. My site content cannot be copied or reproduced in any form without written permission from Naturally Made Soaps. All images, product names, brand names and ideas belong to Naturally Made Soaps and may not be used or reproduced.
Privacy
Your privacy is very important to me. Naturally Made Soaps guarantees NEVER to sell or provide any of your personal information to anyone including other companies or third party organisation. Your information will only be used by myself, for example I may contact you about an order or you can sign up to my blog, your email will be used if you have joined my mailing list.
Credit Card Security
Your purchase is safe with Naturally Made Soaps, your details are encrypted by Industry standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology. This provides encryption of personal information such as your name, address and payment details.
Shipping
I use Royal Mail Standard Parcel pricing for all my shipping, it is calculated by weight when you place your order. My site does this for you and will let you know how much your shipping will be when you reach the checkout section of the site. Basically shipping is calculated on the following:
First Class Packet, Base rate - £1.62 for up to two soaps
First Class Packet, Up to 500g - £2.14 (up to 4 soaps ordered)
First Class Packet, up to 1000g - £3.25 (up to 6 soaps ordered)
First Class Standard parcel up to 2k - £4.41 (up to 12 soaps ordered, max 2k in weight)
Next Day Delivery (before 1pm) is available as well not over 500g (i.e. up to 4 soaps) £5.40
Currently I only ship within the UK. Please call me if you wish to send soaps abroad.
Please be aware if you are buying my soaps from any country outside the UK you may be charged customs or import duty relevant to the country you live in.
I will endeavor to send your order within 3 working days, often sooner. Don't forget, I can send goods directly to any address you choose, save on postage and let me send your gift directly.
If I am out of stock I will contact you as soon as possible and either refund your order cost or suggest another alternative soap.
All my prices are in GBP.
Naturally Made Soaps retain ownership of all products sent until fully paid for by the customer.
Disclaimer
Naturally Made Soaps products are not intended to treat, cure, diagnose or prevent any conditions. Please use all my products with care,
DO NOT EAT MY PRODUCTS
although they look good enough to eat they won't taste nice. Please use my products only for the purposes for which they are intended. I am not liable for the misuse of my products. For people who have sensitive skin conditions I recommend that you do a skin test patch before using, if any redness or irritation occurs please discontinue use. Please take time to research the ingredients I use before using my products on your skin or hair. While I know I use great quality natural products to make my soap a very small number of people might be allergic to some of the ingredients. Because all my recipes use oils and butters that are hand mixed there can be slight variations in texture and colour, always know, the quality is never compromised. I promise to always provide you with the best quality ingredients in my soap and the best customer service possible.
Naturally Made Soaps retain the right to make changes to my Terms and Conditions at any time in keeping with UK law.
