Welcome to Naturally Made Soaps
I create soap inspired by nature using natural ingredients.
All my soaps are made using the traditional cold process method in small batches. You will notice that many of the soaps are 100% natural and others are ‘nearly’ natural, these nearly natural soaps contain small percentages (less than 2%) of fragrance oils and cosmetic colours all chosen with great care. My Gourmet Soap range contain some glycerine base soaps, which give stability in colour and fragrance, however these soaps are all still wonderfully natural and full of skin loving ingredients.
My soap recipes use a mixture of olive oil, castor oil and coconut oil, and depending on the type of soap I want, I also add avocado oil, cocoa butter, shea butter, sweet almond oil, and beeswax.

I add essential oils for their glorious scents and a range of safe pigments for colour when I need it. In addition I also often add other ingredients such as flowers, oatmeal, honey, chocolate, milk and seeds to create soaps that make you feel good.
Our skin is the largest organ of our body, we care about what we put IN our bodies so we should also care about what we put ON them as well. Glycerin is a natural moisturiser for the skin, this is removed from shop bought soaps and sold on to make cosmetics and toothpaste. These kind of bars are not soap, they are chunks of detergents which have been chemically processed, the traditional cold process method means all the glycerin is retained making my soap bars superior and more gentle.
I do not use animal products in my soaps except goat’s milk and beeswax. Where I do use these I make sure it is clear in the ingredients so it is easy for you to make your own choice. I do not use either tallow or lard in my soap.
You will really feel the difference the first time you use one of my homemade soaps. The luxurious, fluffy lather and moisturising oils will leave you feeling clean, soft and totally pampered................ They smell great too!
